Hott Synopsis: Everywhere we look we see teenage girls with no self-esteem, too many eating disorders, and poor choices in friends. But are we taking time to look below the surface – time to talk to them long enough to determine the cause? I know, I know…. She knows she can come to you, right? That’s not the questions though, is it? It’s whether she will come to you. This book helps us not only to learn what’s really going on but also how to step back take a hard look at ourselves and our relationships with these girls that we love. Hott Review: This was a tremendously difficult book to read. It was very hard to step back and take a completely honest look at myself and the relationship I have with my daughter. It was also astonishingly difficult to see what’s really going on in their lives. I can’t say enough – and this point is also made in the book – that the thing that teens need most is just someone to listen to them.
