    Easy to read and understand

    I thought this book was great. It is easy to read and understand. When I went to the doctor I felt very informed and it helped me ask the right questions. My doctor was surprised of the knowledge I had. He even ran blood tests that I asked for which gave us a better picture of what was going on.
