Author Biography: Dr. Jessica Jacob received her M.D. from New York University School of Medicine. She is in private practice where she has delivered over 300 babies. She has seven children.
Author Biography: Dr. Lisa Aiken received her Ph.D. in clinical psychology at Loyola University of Chicago and has a private practice in New York City. She is the author of five books, a mother, and a lecturer who speaks world-wide on a variety of topics.
