    ?

Not great but not bad, the story was all over the place. Not worth the $5 for only 109 or so pages. Could have been a read but the story line just never developed. Don't waste your $ on this one !

    Excellent, Excellent, Excellent!!

Where do I start! The characters have so much depth and the story is so well written you're drawn in from the beginning to the end. You start off hating the hero James but as the story progresses you start rooting for him. And on the other end, the heroine is so weak in the beginning you want to just smack her and say "wake up girl!" Lol, but as the story unfolds she starts to become a strong woman. Love love love this story! Read it in less than a day because I couldn't put it down. I will be looking for other stories from this author. * Spoiler Alert who know maybe Simone and Paul will get their own story!

    Ok

This was just ok for me... i don't like a weak heroine and a jerk of a hero so even though they turned things around i found it hard to root for them as a couple.

    Simply amazing

I agree the heroine was weak at the start of the story then she got strong. That's the premise of the story. Showing where the characters are coming from and the journey they took. I didn't find this book lacking in any aspect. The characters were well developed and the plot was AWESOME. It can't always be sunshine. James and Noelle were two damaged people. This book is a tearjerker and I felt all the pain the cheracters were feeling. YES I CRIED A LOT!! If you are looking for sunshine and happiness go hang out at the park and feed the birds but if you want to feel real EMOTION, READ THIS BOOK. I honestly feel it was worth my time and money. Great job Ms vaughn.

Wonderful story. You will hate James in the beginning but when you start to hear his story it explains a lot. Noelle is so broken in the beginning but as the story progresses she gets more of a backbone. They each come from a sad background and I loved to learn about them. You will not be disappointed. And PS, I would love a story on Simone and Paul!

    Very Good Read!

This book actually surprised me. I loved how much character development went in to this book. I have bought several books by this author, and I think this is my favorite so far.

Was a good read nothing spectacularly like "I couldn't put it down". I agree that the main character was EXTREMELY weak, but her past was the reason for that so it explains a lot. After getting past all parts where he treated her like s*** it actually became a good read.
