    A Great Read About Leadership

    I first encountered the author of this book via a guest column on a blog that I regularly read. The content and style of the author's post intrigued me and I decided to buy this book. The Leadership principles in this book are excellent guidelines to keeping your life and career on the right track. Robert J. Herbold has a lot of great advice and he shares it very well. His writing style is as clear and bold as his leadership style. This book is not a cookie-cutter book: it is a thinking-book, the type of book you can refer to again and again for advice. It is now on my "Hot Shelf" - where I keep the books that I use all of the time. I highly recommend that you read this book.
