This book is exactly what it promises to be: "A Manager's Career Development Tool". Even though I have an MBA, I purchased this book to use as a refresher and quick reference guide. The information is detailed and very practical. Professionals in any industry will gain useful insights from Vallabhaneni.

I'm thinking about earning an Executive MBA next year and glad I bought the book now. There's a lot covered on this book that is new to me, given my 15+ years in sales and marketing. I feel like I'll be able to start my MBA with a good sense of what to expect.
