I was excited to get the book, all of the Wheat Belly books are helpful, great information. I wish there was a photo with every recipe. A lot of really good recipes. More phtos in the next book, please.

30 minutes or less is true! I live the Wheat Belly Philosophy, having read the original Wheat Belly and the practice has changed my quality of life! My whole sense of well being has greatly improved, including losing weight, lowering cholesterol & no more blood sugar ups & downs !!! The addition of the 30 minute or less cookbook, allows me to eat quality meals and snacks on the run ... no more guilt, no more drive-thru lanes ... THANKSS AGAIN, Dr Davis, you have hit another home run !!!

After learning of Dr. Davis just a few weeks ago...and since I have been a "convenience" cook, I realized I would need to make some changes. Have only had the book a couple of weeks but I have marked my "favorites" and have found inspiration to continue this positive journey. Lots of ideas and will add fun and pleasure to the WB program.

I received a package from RODALE; publisher of magazines like Men’s Fittness.  It was a book “Lose The Wheat, Lose The Weight 30-minute (or less) COOKBOOK” by William Davis, MD.   However, I never asked for or placed an order for a book from RODALE publishing.  I assume they got my name from one of the magazines I subscribe to.  However, if you get this book in the mail and don’t return it back to RODALE in 21 days.  They will bill you $31.95 plus shipping and handling.  If you don’t pay the invoice, they will report you to all 3 credit bureaus.  So I spent half a day and $15.10 to ship it back USPS.  .  It’s unbelievable how hard it was to find the small print that says “If you decide to keep the product, simply return it with the invoice within 21 days to the address listed below.”  I can’t imagine how many innocent customers fall victim to this unethical sales practice and get stuck paying $31.95 plus shipping and handling on a book they never wanted or ordered!  I bet Dr. William Davis would feel humiliated if he knew RODALE was using this sleazy sales tactic to sell his book.
