If you are gluten intolerant and are looking for recipes that use gluten substitutions such as rice flour, then you might like this book. However, if you are going the paleo route to deal with gluten sensitivity, I would not recommend this book. It also did not have as many recipes as i would have liked in categories like "vegetables".
