    A reviewer

I purchased this book when I was first diagnosed and found myself going back to it and referring family and others to it. There is so much helpful information in it. I also felt like I didn't need a PhD in order to understand it all.

    A Must Have for Celiacs

Our family has just been found to have Celiac Disease. This book has been so helpful. A resource that anyone with gluten intolerence needs. It has made an overwhelming task seem doable. There is also a wealth of information and great ideas. Things that I would have never thought of until we were in the situation. Thanks to this book we are a prepared family!!
