I bought 3 books on wehat grass and this is hands down the best one. I could kick myself for paying 19 dollars for one that was so boring and did not explain enough.
This is the book you want if you are just starting out to juice or both juice and do wheat grass.
Good price
You can get wheat grass at many places now. I was very turned off at first and now I crave the stuff. You can taste the health in it.
This book also give all the information to grow it at home. It sounds easy but I do not have the time.
You only drink a small amount a day. Before I bought this book I thought you had to drink like an 12 ounce glass... Read this book if you need all the information of this.
the author has a book on juicing that was a little high in price but now I might have to really look into this juice stuff.

I have been using Juice for months and plan on using wheatgrass as an addition.
This books gives information on the nutrition, benefits, how to grow your own wheatgrass and several other things.
Very good book for the price.
Why pay 5 to 6 times more?

This book is loaded with information on wheatgrass. Before I bought it I had no plans in growing my own. Now that I found how easy it is and inexpensive it is to grow from reading this book I will grow my own. I recommend this book 100%

I work for a nutritionist and added a few books to our waiting room ebook collection. I have had several people compliment this book. I found it to have simple and informative information on wheatgrass use.

I should have spent the money on this book in the first place. I wasted $4.00 on 99 cent books on wheat grass that were worth 99 cents or less. Save your money and get this book for full information, ref. and guides on wheat grass.Mike

Do not buy this book. The format is troublesome. The main problem is that it is only 46 pages and filled with paraphrased research quickly gotten off the Internet. This us no guide. I found zero useful guidelines but only a few very vague proclamations and recommendations. I paid nearly $6 for this high school research summary and got a lot of technical trouble for my Nook and iPhone while painfully trying to navigatebit. Poor formatting, too brief, no table of contents. Zero stars. Find a real guide. The author has merely cast a wide net to catch a few suckers without doing any real work. She is the sort to ruin legitimate Pubit authors' reputations.
