    I Also Recommend:

    Excellent Prelude to Starfire Angels

For anyone who has read Starfire Angels or is thinking about it, this novella is about Raea's mother and how she ended up on Earth. (Raea is the main character in the Starfire Angels' book). It begins with a battle and Padina having to escape her homeworld in order to protect the Starfire crytal. In the process, she loses her mate and is followed on Earth by one of the bad guys.

After being attacked by a dog, she is taken to a hospital where Scott Dahlrich takes her under his wing. He helps her adjust to Earth and wonders why he keeps finding feathers in his apartment. (These feathers are a clue to her alien identity, but of course, he doesn't know that.)

What was most intriguing to me was the bad guy and how he pursued her. I liked the element of danger. If there's one thing Melanie Nilles knows how to do, it's make the perfect bad guy.

Of course, in the midst of Padina being pregnant with Raea, hiding from the soldier, and wanting to let her wings out and fly is a romance. And for anyone interested, the formatting is well done. I give When Angels Cry two thumbs up!

Highly Recommended - I love this Series

This is a prequel to the book Starfire Angels and I absolutely love it.

this book is about Padima, who is an angel type being from another planet, who has made her way to earth to escape people trying to use her powers to take over and do horrible things to their planet. I would highly recommend it, It was hard to put down. Even writing this doesn't do it justice!
