    Great Book!!! A Must Read!!!

The second book in the Canadian West series by Janette Oke, Wynn and Elizabeth experience life in the north among Indians, trappers, and harsh winters. The book brings to life what life in the early 1900's Mountie world was like. The author keeps you on you wondering what will happen next in the lives of her characters. Life was hard in northern Canada. For a city girl to learn the ways of a frontierswoman was hard, but Elizabeth endured. You must read this series if you are interested in historical fiction that has a basis of God's love!

    Great and enjoyable story

This author has such a unique story telling ability. I always feel like I am there in the story watching it unfold. Just love her writing style. Very engrossing just being in the day to day story. Love this book and series. The love comes softly series is my favorite but this one is a very close second.
