    Great for Managers with diverse aged team memebers

    Read the book and it gave me insight on how people percieve their role in their work environment and why. It helped me be less critical of those with whom I work and the way they go about their business in the work place. I recommend for everyone to read especially if they struggle with personality conflicts on the job.
