About the Author

Chalese andreason is not a frog, a frog man, a grown up, or even a boy. She is a thirteen year old girl. But when She was little, she wanted to be a frog. She also wanted to write a book someday. And her mom often says that if she puts her mind to it, she can do anything.

Chalese has lived in Provo, Utah, in the USA most of her life. She also lived in beautiful Rimini Italy for two years where she learned some Italian, experienced some of the world’s finest art, enjoyed the Italian culture and made some wonderful friends.

She is learning Spanish and American Sign Language as well as art. She no longer wants to be a frog when she grows up, she wants to be an artist, an author and an actor.

She has written and stared in a second children's book about eggs, chicks and chickens, it's called "I Love Eggs, Chickens and Baby Chicks", look for it too.

Her favorite movie is The Sixth Sense, and her favorite actor is Jennifer Love Hewitt. Matched, by Ally Condie, is her favorite book and gnocchi is, her favorite food.

Chalese is the sixth of eight children. She has several hobbies like raising chickens and ducks, pets in general and Facebook. She enjoys hiking with her dad, texting with her friends and sharing with the world.
