    A good start.

The book 'When my worries get too big' was a great start to understanding anxiety from a child's point of view. It put the issue in simple form that my 5 year old could understand and lead us to address other issues. This is a great reference book to begin your journey in fears and anxiety for children. I recommend this book for young children who need a simple and easy story that allows the child to color and personalize the book to their own needs!
