Meet the Author

Drew Pinsky, M.D., is program medical director of chemical dependency services at Las Encinas Hospital in Pasadena, California. He is co-host of the nationally syndicated radio show Loveline and the long-running MTV program of the same name. He is author of the best-selling book Cracked: Putting Lives Together Again. Dr. Pinsky is a correspondent for ABC News, Good Morning America, and a regular contributor for CNN. When he is not spending time with his wife Susan and their eleven-year-old triplets he lectures throughout the country and can be seen frequently providing commentary for television talk shows.

    Methadone 10 mg.--Have bee on 120 mg. a day for the past 11 years. It has ruined the woman I used to be. My husband of 30 yrs. cries at least once a month because the woman he has know and knew, that had so much energy, loved to work, be around others, go dancing, entertain and cooks for massive amounts of people, spends no time with her mother, father, sisters, son, his wife and her to precious grand children, now she only sleeps, does not fix her self up, she lives in her pj's with company or not. This woman could do almost anything she put her mind to, and live of all sorts, were her passion. This medication does gt=
