About the Author

John "Dano" Johnston, as he likes to be called, was born in Listowell Ontario in 1975. He has lived all around the world from North Shore of Oahu, Hawaii to where he resides in West Palm Beach Florida. He grew up with three older sisters, and is six years younger than the girls. He went to military school at an early age due to his relentless search for attention in a large family. He got his GED after 6 Years. He has performed comedy in Tampa, after a six year stint at college, receiving ten non-credit hours in that time. He has returned to West Palm Beach after years of travel a changed person. These are the stories that are tributed to everyone along the way, that either helped or made him depressed enough to hide away and write these poems.
