I have read this book several times and sent it to many of my friends. It is a good source to help someone get though the pain of a loss. I would reccommend it about 3-6 months after the death. You will be suprised how helpful it will be. It reallly hits home.

IT MADE ME REALIZE THAT EVERTHING I WAS FEELING WAS NORMAL.IT BROUGHT ME COMFORT WHEN I FELT NO ONE ELSE UNDERSTOOD WHAT I WAS, AND STILL AM GOING THROUGH.
