Editorial Reviews

Library Journal
Another book in the same ``Resources for Living'' series has the same format: brief chapters follwed by questions or ideas for reflection and meditation. This book offers an excellent overview of various types of loneliness--the single person, the divorced person, the widowed person, the person in a marriage which feels claustrophobic, the person in an autonomous marriage--and distinguishes between loneliness and solitude. Our creation as solitary individuals called to relationship with God and other people is the perspective from which the authors present developmental and Christian issues.
