    Change your life forever!

    If you're tired of being unhappy with your appearance and tired of the psyhcosis with weight, this is the book to read. Once I removed the obsession with my weight, I've been happy and have actually lost 10 pounds without 'dieting'. It's a MUST READ for all women.

    A New Perspective

    This book really gives you a new perspective on self-image and self-love. It shows you how silly our self-talk is sometimes, and teaches that it's okay to allow yourself to live. This is a must-read. Wonderful!

    A must read for those who aren't happy with their apprearance

    I read this book about 5 years ago, and it really changed my attitude about myself. And, the best thing about it is that it is a very entertaining read - no deep thinking. I found that it wasn't until I liked myself that I lost weight, and I have lost over 20 pounds liking myself through every change. I have also recommended this to friends many times.
