After trying to be anyone but himself, he feels like a failure. Instead of realizing his unique giftings, he leaves the town of Jigsaw and runs from his purpose. On his route to another town, he meets a kind-hearted and friendly boy named Will, who sees Pete's potential and encourages this discouraged puzzle piece to go back and pursue his dreams. In this encounter, an unlikely and incredible friendship begins. About the Author

Liz Pitman is a Christian educator who carries a deep love for helping others discover their purpose and worth. She is a graduate of Mississippi College with an English Literature degree and also attended Calvary Chapel Bible College where she grew deeper in her relationship with the Lord. Liz has a heart for missions and has served several summers volunteering at food banks in Israel. Her greatest joy is spending time with her family and teaming with her son, Joshua, who at a young age, helped inspire many of the characters in her books. Her desire is to see all the "puzzle pieces" in this world realize their value and purpose as they step into their vital, God-given destinies.

Jane Brobst has been an artist and musician since she was in the second grade. Music came easily to her as she studied the piano. While earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Music Therapy from Slippery Rock University, she took one advanced art class and found it to be a great experience. When she worked with the elderly, she began using art and music together. Jane was also a polymer clay artist whose published work can be seen in Bead and Button magazine, February 1998, issue # 23. Her beautiful handmade polymer clay beads won first place. After accepting a teaching position as an art instructor for elementary and high school levels, Jane began to finally share her knowledge of art. She is now retired after 15 years. Jane is multi-talented. Not only does she have an ear for music and the gift of hospitality, but God has truly enabled her to make beautiful creations that touch many lives.
