    A Beautiful Collaboration

Husband and wife team, Tad and France Mitchell, have orchestrated an amazing collaboration of story and art with "Where is the Sears Tower?" I was first drawn to France's amazing drawings. Being a native of Chicago, I loved seeing her artistic renditions of many familiar landmarks. Tad's imaginative story of Peter the Pigeon takes the reader on a journey through "downtown" Chicago where various animal characters are met along the way. The advice to "follow your inner compass" helps Peter find his Grandfather. While taking the journey along with Peter, the reader learns some interesting and, often, little known facts about various Chicago landmarks. A charming book for both young and old.
