    Perfect baby gift

I have given this book so many times as a baby gift. I think parents, especially new parents, are eager to begin reading to their child, but struggle with what books are appropriate to share with a baby. This book is a perfect first book for babies that are too small to touch pages. My children as 3-6 month olds seemed to really focus on the pages. They defeinitely seemed to have favorite pages that kept their attention as you move and rotate the book. The bead and buttons pages seemed to be especially riveting. I would recommend this book and think it should be in every nursery. I love giving books as baby presents because it's something the child won't instantly outgrow. Now my toddler and preschooler show this book to their baby dolls.
