This is the 1st of Todd-Michael St. Pierre cookbooks I have purchased. It is a great south louisiana cookbook!! He really represents New Orleans and all her flair!! The recipes are scrumptious!! I recommend this one and all other cookbooks to. I recommend all of his works from Cookbooks to the Childern's books. Which I also am proud owner of!!!Was this review helpful? This is the first time that I have purchased Todd Michael's books. Originally I bought two for Christmas gifts, then decided I wanted one also. All total I have purchased nine of his cookbooks, many as Christmas gifts (two different ones for myself). I love the names of the recipes in the Who Dat Cooking book and the recipes all sound so good. I have tried one of the recipes so far and it was delicious. Can't wait to try more recipes from it. They all look good. I have also purchased a Street Car Named Delicious and can't wait to see those recipes. If you are interested in good South Louisiana cooking, Who Dat Cooking is the book to buy!!Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Todd-Michael St. Pierre's new cookbook, Who Dat Cookin' is a wonderful treasure. You will find some new recipes and some which may already sound familiar. Mostly what you'll find is that once you start making some of these very tasty creations, you won't be able to wait until you can move on to another new recipe. I found this book so helpful and well put together, I bought not only one for myself, but 8 others to share with friends and family. You will not go wrong with this purchase. Was this review helpful?
