The magic of Christmas is at stake and drastic measures are called for. The cause and solution so obvious, dear reader, but will the interested parties sort out their mess in time? Disclaimer: no Father Christmases were harmed during the weaving of this festive tale.

Meet the Author

Have published 19 books since 1998, one out of print and 18 available on Smashwords. I have another set of shorts from the "Potting Shed" under way and a second novel half-finished in the pipeline. A grandfather of two angels, happily married for 36 years to another, living in Hampshire, England about 35 miles west of London. Had worked for over 40 years as a printer and proofreader but currently occupied on road maintenance. There's a novel "50 Shades of Tarmac" in there somewhere! Also editor and churning out sports reports for almost 20 years in local newspapers. Now concentrating on romantic fiction, mostly short stories, plus one novel.

As an American, I really enjoy reading UK authors. Though I have liked his other works, this one fell short. Set in the US, it was very jarring for British idioms to be used by Americans. Also, the ending felt really disjointed and rushed. Really, Really disjointed and rushed. I was so disapointed in this story.
