THIS IS A MUST BUY BOOK

If you're going to buy one book this year, THIS IS THE BOOK TO BUY. Dr. Lindsay Gibson has taken her 20+ years as a Clinical Psychologist and developed a book which will help everyone at each and every stage of life. This is a very readable book, which helps you listen to your inner dreams, determine and understand what prevents you from fulfilling them, and, most importantly, shows you how to get the most out of yourself. She doesn't offer any 'get successful quick' stuff, simply well organized, well written, and terrific ways to look inside yourself. It's obvious Dr. Gibson has worked with people seeking to live their hopes and dreams. Her book is filled with example after example of real situations (I thought she may have been writing about me!), she provided wonderful insight and responses, and demonstrated her strong belief in human potential. The book is filled with ideas and messages I'm using in my life. And I'm using it with my kids as well, to help them find their path in life. So the bottom line is this - go out and BUY THIS BOOK. You'll get more out of it than you can possibly imagine. Her book provides the insight and opportunity to be that person each of us truly wants to be.
