I'm a mom who works doing scince research and was greatly dissapointed. The photos are nice but the monarch butterfly eggs are wrong. Their eggs are black dots and not encased in a jelly. There were other pictures that were not accurate. A book reguardless of price, should be researched and verified.

I am not a biologist or wildlife expert so I cannot say whether the images are accurate (per another review). But my 4 year old and I very much enjoyed the high quality images and how there was a question followed by answer on the next page. You see an egg or similar and then see the associated baby and adult on the next page.
