Meet the Author

Roberta M. Gubbins is a writer and a lawyer. After practicing law for a number of years, she traded her briefcase for a laptop and took up the world of letters. Now she helps lawyers and law firms with their marketing writing needs, ghostwriting blog posts, newsletter articles, biographies, case studies, or web content. She is also the editor of Briefs, Ingham County Bar Association e-newsletter and The Mentor, e-newsletter of the State Bar of Michigan Master Lawyers Section. She publishes cozy mystery fiction under the pen name Alexandra Hawthorne.
Roberta lives in Mason, Michigan with two aloof cats, one Bichon with an attitude, assorted fish and a treading water mortgage. She can be reached at roberta@robertamgubbins.com
