Why is "skin" (color) in the game: (of life in America)?:
Skin color, a fundamental aspect of human identity, has historically played a significant role in shaping individuals' experiences and opportunities. While it is, at its core, a biological trait, its social implications are profound and far-reaching. The phrase "skin in the game" metaphorically speaks to the stakes individuals have in various situations. When considering skin color, the game of life involves not just individual stakes but the collective fabric of society, sadly marred by centuries of inequality and discrimination.

The format of this work will not follow an industry standard format. The ideas here are intended to spark conversation, debate, and action among leaders in all major institutions. It is also intended to spark conversation, debate, and action at the "grassroots-level" where the rubber meets the cultural road.

We, the USA, must stop pussy-footing around about this major concern. This work is an [expose] to discuss a critical, national issue that many Americans cowardly and openly shy away from. African Americans live in a white world they did not choose and have very little control over. Many people of color are totally aware of their and other's skin color on a daily basis. WE may have come on different ships, but we're in the same boat now, baby. "We The People" must have an open, honest dialog and take action on the divisive issue of "skin color", so WE as a [united nation] can finally move forward without reservations and barriers.
