When considering skin color, the game of life involves not just individual stakes but the collective fabric of society, sadly marred by centuries of inequality and discrimination. The format of this work will not follow an industry standard format. The ideas here are intended to spark conversation, debate, and action among leaders in all major institutions. It is also intended to spark conversation, debate, and action at the "grassroots-level" where the rubber meets the cultural road. We, the USA, must stop pussy-footing around about this major concern. This work is an [expose] to discuss a critical, national issue that many Americans cowardly and openly shy away from. African Americans live in a white world they did not choose and have very little control over. Many people of color are totally aware of their and other's skin color on a daily basis.
