About the Author

Skipper Steely was born in 1946, and grew up in Paris, Texas. He had degrees and advanced coursework from East Texas State University before that institution was gobbled up by the Texas A&M System. He spent the early part of his career in the newspaper business. Steely has published in print 18 books, and has written some 30 plus manuscripts. Six are now e-books.
