I found this book and bought it for my husband, I looked into the first chapter and have not given it back to him since. I have studied it and read it chapter by chapter and go back to read certain chapters over again as a tool. It really gives you perspectives on understanding yourself and others while reminding us the fruits of the spirit are what God gave to us to endure our natural human weaknesses. It helps to discover your natural strengths, gifts and weaknesses, and embrace and accept them in others.

This book is very beneficial in helping understand your inborn temperament and then apply scriptural principles to change negative thought patterns and behaviors. I have given the book as a gift to many friends.

This book helped me understand others so much better...what liberation! Even though i am a SanChlor, I have read this book (completely!) many times. So nice to know that although we all have our tendencies toward our natural-born temperaments, we can, through Christ, learn to blur the lines of our weaknesses and amplify our strengths for His glory.....Love!
