ONE BY ONE, SHE LURED THEM INTO HER WEB…

A beautiful woman in her forties, Sheila LaBarre had no problem attracting men. She preferred her lovers to be young and submissive. Once she gained a man’s trust, she would invite him to live with her at her secluded New Hampshire farm, where she could play out her dark twisted games of abuse, torture, and revenge. Many of her lovers were never seen again. But when police discovered a human bone protruding from a smoking burn pit on Sheila’s property, the whole world learned the shocking truth behind this seductive woman’s wicked intentions.

…AND KILLED WITHOUT MERCY.

Now Emmy-award winning television reporter Kevin Flynn—who became Sheila’s confidant—goes deep inside the deranged mind of a dangerous woman who called herself “an avenging angel sent to kill pedophiles” but who preyed on men with the minds of children.

“RIVETING…A PAGE-TURNER.”—The Republican (MA)

A compelling story about a sinister woman who committed deeds so atrocious they are almost too incomprehensible for the reader to wrap his or her mind around…truly spectacular.”

—Amanda Lamb, author of Deadly Dose

    A chilling tale

One of the more chilling true crime books I've ever read. Author Kevin Flynn followed this tale right from the start and leads the reader through the same mounting horror he felt as the story unfolded. One of the best non-fiction mysteries I've ever read.
