Overview

The Justiss Alliance returns in USA Today bestselling author Tina Wainscott’s novel of outlaws and daredevils, as the search for a missing woman forces two brave souls to tap into their wild side.

When her sister, Diana, rides off into the sunset with a member of the Kings of Chaos motorcycle gang, Mollie Reagan is beyond worried. Two weeks later, a desperate call from Di is abruptly cut off, launching Mollie on a dangerous search.

Before Julian Cuevas receives his first assignment for the Justiss Alliance, he finds one of his own: a beautiful, courageous woman looking for her sister in the dark world of violent criminals. Soon Mollie’s mission is Julian’s mission—one he’d give his life for.

Mollie is used to going it alone. Trusting one stranger is hard enough, but Julian brings a whole team from the private “security” firm he works for. The sexy SEAL is living proof that some people can be counted on, even if her savior is a well-armed world-class sniper riding in on his Harley. From head to toe, Julian is a lethal weapon—and now he’s taking aim at fulfilling Mollie’s every desire.

I have to admit I was pretty excited when I discovered this

I have to admit I was pretty excited when I discovered this was Julian Cuevas turn. We've heard about his family and their con artist ways and knew his story was going to be good. I wasn't disappointed...but I was a little surprised. I didn't expect Julian to exude uber alpha out his pours but wow...Wainscott writes him as man in control.

Mollie Reagan is a strong female lead in her own right. Chasing after, to rescue, her wayward, motorcycle gang joining sister., Mollie definitely has some hutzpah of her own.

The story maintained a strong balance of plot, action, romance and malevolent intent. The evil in this story was just that...very heinous. The situations our characters face was extremely disturbing and atrocious while the sizzling attraction between Mollie and Julian would melt your socks off.

If you are looking for a fast paced, action packed, dark, contemporary romance, Wild Ways is the book for you.

    3.25*
Tina Wainscott is a new author to me and I plan to read more of her books. I'm not sure really how I feel about this book. The writing was good and I really loved Julian Cuevas a now retired Navy Seal finding his way to a new life with the Justiss Alliance. He comes a cross Mollie Reagan when she's stacking out a Kings of Chaos motorcycle bar where she's hoping to get information on her sister Diana who left with one of the Chaos' members and no longer has contact with after a desperate call for help. Mollie shows a lot of strength on the outside but in her head she is a total mess. That is one of the reasons that I did not really like Mollie. She was a total contradiction of herself through out the book. I really didn't like her on till the end when she finally figured out who she was. For me the book dragged a lot but I'd like to go back and read the first book in the series  liked Risk and I'd like to read how he got his HEA.
I received this book for an honest review.

    Wow, took me by surprise!

I had read the first book in this series and liked it enough to move onto the second one. Wow! This one really took me by surprise. It drew me in immediately, action, suspense and hot interaction between Julian and Mollie! The two characters fell for each other a bit quick, but it was believable. Mollie is a rescuer, but she doesn't realize that she really is the one that needs rescuing. Julian dives in with both feet, but knows he needs to give Mollie some room. There's happiness and sadness, a bit of sexy steam and a lot of holding your breath hoping everyone survives. All in all, a good story that can be read as a standalone. I'm looking forward to the next installment!

Where can you go wrong with motorcycle riding SEALs? Uh, nowhere

Where can you go wrong with motorcycle riding SEALs? Uh, nowhere apparently. I didn't know this was a fairly new series by Tina Wainscott/Jamie Rush until I got about a quarter into it and had to look it up. Needless to say, I bought the first book and the series prequel. I've always thought guys who ride bikes were sexy, but this book shows the nasty side of the outlaw clubs. It really didn't hide how they see women which is pretty disgusting. But Julian and his buddies....yeah, I can get behind those guys. Mollie had a few TSTL moments but I think they actually work in the story instead of making me roll my eyes at her. The only thing I didn't like was towards the end when she starts second guessing her feelings for Julian and he's feelings towards her. That is a huge issue I have....apparently after all the stuff Julian does for her and her sister, who he's never met, Mollie automatically thinks he won't want her and she's not good enough for him. I always want to smack the person thinking that, I mean they spent the entire book helping you and suddenly that means she's not good enough? Or they don't believe the other person really loves them for some lame reason. But I digress, this book had plenty of action and some hot sex with a hard bodied SEAL. Totally worth the read.

Thanks to Netgalley for the ARC

Wild Ways by Tina Wainscott is the second book in the Justiss Al

Wild Ways by Tina Wainscott is the second book in the Justiss Alliance series. This is a contemporary romantic suspense story that is filled with action, drama, raw emotions and steamy sex between the two main characters.
Julian Cuevas, aka Salsa aka Houdini has agreed to work for the Justiss Alliance but is finishing his road trip with Rath (another member of the SEALS team). They are leaving a biker bar when Julian spots a woman in the parking lot that doesn’t look like she doesn’t belong. Mollie Reagan is looking for her sister, Diana, who is missing after falling in love with Brick, a member of an outlaw motorcycle gang called the Kings of Chaos. Julian becomes her “knight in shining armor” by rescuing her from being almost killed by members of this gang in the parking lot.
Julian calls Chase Justiss and asks him to take on Mollie’s case “pro bono” and Chase agrees. Julian is a SEAL through and through so he has the skill set needed to do this type of undercover search and rescue. He has Latin charm, confidence and the alpha protectiveness to keep Mollie safe during their undercover search for her sister.
Mollie is a desperately trying to find her sister because she feels like Diana is all of the family that she has left in the world. She doesn’t trust people easily and has built up walls to protect herself from being hurt when she is left again. Mollie is strong and independent because she had to be growing up; but she is still carrying a lot of that emotional baggage.
Tina has written a fast paced story that is darker than the first book in some ways because it shows more of the seamier side of our current world with drugs, strip clubs, missing women and outlaw motorcycle gangs and their cutthroat operations. This book is totally different from the first book in this series and that is very good because Tina takes readers into a totally different world. It still has what I am looking for in a romantic suspense book – action, danger, emotions, fast paced plot and steamy love. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.
I was given an ARC of this book by NetGalley and the publisher in exchange for an honest review.

¿A fast, dangerous, stirring and provocative ride!¿

    My rating: 4 of 5 ¿¿

Mollie Reagan has been desperately searching for her sister, Diana for weeks now. Always a little on the reckless side, she took off with a member of the Kings of Chaos MC and the last thing Mollie heard from her was a phone call for help, which was promptly cut off. Since then, Mollie has been single-handedly chasing down any and every lead she could get her hands on, inserting herself into the dark and dangerous world of gang and biker hang outs, trying to catch a break.

Lucky for Mollie, she catches the eye of sexy ex-SEAL Julian Cuevas, newly signed by the Justiss Alliance, and just in time to save her from gang members getting tired of her persistent questioning. Julian is able to convince his boss to take Mollie's case as his first assignment for the Justice Alliance, but she is determined to stay involved, not trusting him to stay the course. She is accustomed to being left to fend for herself and is grateful for the temporary reprieve Julian offers, but holds no hope that it will last long enough to see through to the end.

She doesn't know Julian, however, who is not in the business of giving up on anyone. Let alone the beautiful, resourceful and courageous woman so determined to take on the motorcycle gangs by herself. With every step they get closer to their objective, Molly surprises him with her dogged tenacity to find her sister. And along with his growing admiration, Julian quickly develops strong feelings for her. But even as sparks and bullets start flying with almost equal intensity, Mollie is convinced this cannot last....

    *****

Funtastic and thrilling read, with a slightly darker edge than the first book in the Justice Alliance series!!

This novel certainly has some more serious overtones than book #1 did, with an underlying topic that is quite chilling. Tina Wainscott has done a fabulous job writing a relatively easy to read romantic suspense novel that has been woven into a very dark and gruesome backstory, without  letting the entire novel become gloomy and depressing. It has been done in a way that remained respectful to the severity of the topic addressed, yet also stayed true to the more lighthearted and romantic side of the badass boys from the Justice Alliance.

Mollie and her sister grew up rather neglected emotionally, with Mollie attempting to pick up the slack. So it wasn't really a surprise that when Diana took off, chasing after 'true love', Mollie would chase right after her. They were really all the other had. Mollie had the courage of a mother bear and would stop at nothing to get to her sister, which she proves on several occasions. But she is completely surprised to find Julian would throw himself into her battle with as much conviction without expecting anything in return. She expects to have to payout at some point, but it never really comes. In fact, the payout keeps coming her way in its many forms and she frankly doesn't quite know how to handle it.

Julian who is from a large, loud and loving although rather dysfunctional family, never quite appreciated what he had until he could see how the lack of family affected Mollie. Quite an affectionate man, he seems to enjoy being able to make some aspects of Mollie come alive under his 'skillful' hands. And not just in the physical sense, but also her ability to develop trust and to loosen up her tight control. The only thing he can't make her do is see that she is more than deserving of him...... she has to come to that conclusion on her own.

A very exciting, action-packed, sexy and sultry story with a good close look at some of the other Justiss Alliance operatives I am sure we will be seeing in future installments. I will be keeping my eye open, because there are some interesting characters I would LOVE to get to know better!!

¿A fast, dangerous, stirring and provocative ride!¿

    Worth the time

All though not as good as the first book in the series "Wild on You" it is good. Julian and Mollie have good chemistry but her issues over take the story making the story a little dark for me but not enough to not like the book.

    Will always recommend ms. Wainscott.

Love her stories and love this series although it dragged out the ending and molly was determined to give him up. Julian loved Molly so why did it have to take her so long to accept him even tho she loved him? Story was good but was drug out too far.

This is my first book of Tina' s to read. I will be looking for more. I wasn't sure if I would like it but a short way in I was hooked. I thought it would be a Special OPS story out of the States not here with bikers. Mollie is looking for her sister who left her and disappeared with a biker. She meets Julian when she runs into trouble. He helps her out and continues to find Mollie' s sister, Di. He gets in trouble with the bikers. Too many spoilers coming up so grab the book and read this story. There are several spots that will pull you in. I would recommend this story to every Romance/Military reading adult. Enjoy!
