    Great Content! Awesome Exercise Book!

    This is the best exercise book I have read in a looong time! I have been following the Forystek's and their exercises for many years now. The exercises they teach work extremely well for muscle & strength building. I have always loved the free advice they give for routines and improving my physique with their course on their website. I'm typically not one to use the internet too often and with having a full time job & overtime, raising a family and having so much to do during the day, I need a workout course that has everything I need! A basic eating plan for me and my family, good exercises, and great exercise plans/routines: WILD WORKOUT POWERFLEX HAS ALL OF THAT PLUS SOME! This new Wild Workout Powerflex is a home run; one of the best exercise programs I have seen in a long time. I know the exercises work from personal experience because I have been doing them myself for years now and I absolutely LOVE THEM! I have already gotten over the fact you don't need a gym, don't need weights, no pull-up bars, etc. and I know the greatness of self-resistance and body weight exercises with added tension they are just as effect if not more effective then weight-lifting, because you take control over your body you learn to master your balance, flexibility, muscle endurance, and you really get a ripped, sculpted, toned, muscled build!

    This book has a lot of great new features to further add to and explain the effectiveness of these exercises and has an incredible, let me say that again, an incredible routine section on how to master and perfect the exact body you are looking for and how to become your own best personal trainer for the body you want. It doesn't any more have to be a body of your dreams, but you can make your dreams a reality and it's so true with Wild Workout Powerflex. I have made my dream body a reality through the Forystek's help and their new course Wild Workout Powerflex is a great, great exercise course for anybody looking to get into fitness, to add on to your current fitness, and especially for the family man with a busy life, and time schedule they need to work around because Wild Workout will work around you as you can do the exercises anywhere, anytime, and in the routine sections there is everything from short under 10 minute workout, to easy 3 days a week workouts, to complex and getting ripped, buff and in the best shape of your life 6 days a week routines!

    HIGHLY RECOMMEND! EXTREMELY FAST SHIPPING!!

    This is a wonderful style of exercise! It requires literally your own body that's all! You will not have to buy anything extra! Inside the book it is beautifully laid out. The table of contents is exciting and motivates me already just by reading the section headings: for example (Abdominals: Drop the Barrel and Rip out a Six-Pack") The introduction by former NFL player is very good. Love the acknowledgements with the Forystek men/boys. (Oh, another highlight is the models you see on the cover are also pictured all throughout the book, and they actually did this workout to get their physiques; very impressive) My favorite part is the exercises! They are broken down in simple to follow instructions fully photographed; some exercises have 5 plus photos. You literally can do these exercises anywhere and you don't need a gym or any weights! Included are 4 secrets of health including eating, which are very simple to follow, make sense, and actually are achievable! Included are 3 motivational tips to get you to exercise even when you don't feel like it. It is a wonderful read. The exercises are broken down into sections with exact exercises and repetitions in Levels 1, 2 and 3: truly a full body workout. LOVE the animal theme, it's very impressive and engages the reader into the jungle/wild feeling! The best part besides the exercises themselves is the plan of engagement on how to put these exercises into practice! Wonderful routines section. Fully describing how to get exactly what you are looking for out of exercise, from little to extreme! There are 20 pages just on how to structure your routines and preset routines to follow, including daily, weekly, four week, eight week, and a group routine at the end. In that preset routines to follow is an 8-Week Get Buff, Get Ripped Wild Workout routine which sounds irresistible! OVER ALL ONE OF THE MOST COMPLETE EXERCISE BOOKS I HAVE EVER SEEN & READ; VERY WELL PUT TOGETHER FROM FRONT TO BACK; COVERS EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW, THIS COULD VERY WELL BE THE WORKOUT YOU MAKE YOUR ONE AND ONLY, THATS HOW COMPLETE IT IS!

    I've Gone Green

    I love that this book takes the theme of going green. I wish they put a back cover photo online. Getting back to nature and animals to exercise is wonderful! I enjoy this book and learning new exercises I can add to my Yoga and be able to enjoy anywhere in any location. The exercises work the muscles and strength, and some let you be flexible. The high animal and nature theme throughout the book is beautiful! I enjoy all the animals and photos inside and that every exercise lets me be closer to nature and knowing my own bodies strengths and abilities. Wonderful, unique theme away from the weights, machines and indoor workouts! Truly a workout I can enjoy outdoors!

    Representing GREEN BAY!

    With the forward of this book being written by Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila who played for the Green Bay Packers (most successful in championships NFL football team) and having the authors; "The Forysteks" having Green Bay being their native homeland, I just had to support this book! I'm glad I got this book! Way to go guys it's a great one! Now to be 100% honest some of the exercises I have never seen before in my life, but I've tried most of them already and they feel good! There are some exercises I recognize, but a majority of exercises are great exercises but you really have to put in work to provide your own resistance on many exercises. I think this leads to getting more work for other body parts. What do I mean? Well in the leg section there is an exercise working the groin or inside of the legs and your arms are resisting as you push your legs inward working the groin or whatever other muscles are there and I feel it tremendously in my arms as well as my legs!! Go figure I'm getting an arm work out from working my legs! It's an awesome feeling! There are many exercises like this especially arm vs. arm where you are specifically working one arm but the other arm gets work too! It's quite the unique style of exercise, all based on a natural animal theme to GO GREEN, and drop the weights and machines and use your own body for everything you need. The dudes in the book got great results from the program and I am feeling the exercises work just as good as I feel when I pick up a weight and lift. It takes a little work to get the movement down to your liking, but once you got that you got all you need! There are also many body-weight exercises which are simple to do, no confusion no extra work, and I really like those as well. Some of the training I feel like I'm back in the army and training to be a Navy Seal or something. It's fun, great workouts, and it certainly is cool to know how to exercise without gyms, weights, or machines! I honestly could do many of the exercises while sitting down watching tv. It's a cool way to exercise and I like this Wild Workout approach. Thanks for representing guys!

    SUPPORTED BY: Green Bay Packer KGB! Nice!

    Ordered the book, read it, took me a while because I like to look at pictures, read and re-read. Just under 200 pages, but I got into this one because of the Green Bay Packer player who supports it! Loved reading the forward by KGB and think this is an excellent book! KGB is a very outspoken guy, and when he says something he means it! I fully believe his support for this product is the real deal like so many other players who support good causes. This is a GREAT CAUSE and it lets people exercise at home, or ANYWHERE! For a simple price of under $30 you can have a exercise program for life that ACTUALLY WORKS GREAT! And not just a limited exercise book, but a FULL BODY WORKOUT. Included with diet tips and nutrition, complete workout routines to follow step by step and training you how to structure your own routines to become your own best personal trainer! This book is a break out from others and frees the mind to what you can really accomplish outside the gym which hold you down with monthly fees and paying for personal trainers and routines, but this course has it all and says it like it needs to be said! Great book, great work, and THANKS KBG GREEN BAY PACKER FOR STANDING BEHIND THIS ONE BECAUSE IT IS GREAT!

    Awesome Book! you must check it out!!

    This "book" is great! It's more of a complete training program! A total body workout that will make you work! Wow! Or you can take it easy start at level one and just exercise a simple 3 days a week! This book has it all! 45 muscle building, strengthening exercises literally you can do anywhere, (good book for those of us who sometimes drink a little too much) That way when we sober up we can work off our beer bellies! The abdominal section says "Drop the Barrel and Rip out a Six-Pack" Love it! Chest, Arms, Shoulders, Legs, Neck, Spine and Running Endurance, Stamina, and Speed program!

    It has full laid out detailed routines! Work at your own level and learn to become your own best trainer because you know yourself the best! Love how they bring home such true points all throughout this fitness exercise training program!

    No extra special weights or equipment needed. It's all natural and BRINGS OUT THE ANIMAL IN YOU! Time to get Wild and get your Wild Workout PowerFlex training course! It's great! Highly recommended to all! It's a workout you can do for the rest of your life, anywhere, with nothing extra needed!

    My Husband's Workout! Love it!

    I bought my husband this book and he loves it! He has been training for quite some time now with the Forystek's programs, and he looks great! It seems to me more women shop at Barnes and Nobles then men do, so women if you are interested in having your muscular, defined sexy husband back, get him this course! It works and works terrific! My husband went to college a little later in life and throughout the years he fell into the common American man's body of being overweight and lost his "sex appeal" (to most women) but after he started doing the Powerflex exercises he started getting it back, and before long I was shocked at how good he got back to looking! ALSO I WANTED HIM TO DO THIS BECAUSE I DON'T WANT HIM GOING TO THE GYM BECAUSE I KNOW OTHER WOMEN WORK OUT THERE! I WANT HIM TO STAY AT HOME WITH ME AND EXERCISE AND LET ME ENJOY HIS MUSCLES AND NOT SOME OTHER LADY AT THE GYM!

    GREAT BOOK! So helpful for me!

    This book is a blessing for me! Finally a book that has it all together and complete! (No offense to any other books by Jim Forystek). But this book has the diet plan, simple yet very effective, terrific exercises, motivational tips, authors' favorite routines, and a whole new routine section!! It's so helpful for me to have everything I need in one book!

    (I don't know where all the skepticism and jealousy is coming from on the reviews this morning, but it seems there are some jealous folks out there, perhaps envious people because they think this is doing better then they thought?)

    Well I know a GREAT book when I see one! And WILD WORKOUT POWERFLEX IS A GREAT BOOK! LIGHTYEARS AHEAD OF THE PREVIOUS POWERFLEX: UNLEASING THE POWER (no offense). I actually bought another for a friend after I read it for myself it was so good! It all depends on how you like to exercise! If you like bodyweight and self-resistance without using weights and exercising from wherever you choose from then Wild Workout is for you! Otherwise if you are curious to explore the exercises and routines, great for you too, I believe it's well WORTH IT!

    Compared to weights...

    This book is certainly unique and different from the average weight-training program. It's all about an animal theme, great exercises you can do without weights or equipment, but in reality weights are easier! Now don't get me wrong, these exercises and this book with it's routines can work, and have worked for some (it certainly has worked for the Forystek boys at least) but there are many weight lifters who look much better then the Forystek's thats for sure. Yeah, don't get me wrong the Forystek's look good for bodyweight and self-resistance exercises and look better then 98% of the US population and look better then Charles Atlas even did, but self-resistance exercises and bodyweight exercises can be hard, and you have to put in many, many reps to see results! A plus side to that is it's a pretty good cardio workout and it will help you stay thin, but for huge, defined muscles I would say hit the gym! I give this 2 stars because it's worth something for the people who are looking for a good alternative to weights or machines or maybe who are coming off an injury, or if you just want to look lean and a little muscular, but if you are looking for the huge body-building body go with a weight training program!

    VERY COMPLETE EXERCISE BOOK!

    This book is very complete. It has everything I need and want. Its main focus is exercise. It is a complete entire body workout book. It covers top to bottom, back to front, all your muscles including running (cardio/YOUR HEART) Your heart is probably the most important muscle in your body, and it's GREAT to see this book include exercises to work your heart (aka cardio). I can feel the exercises working from the first rep to the last (The last one is a lot harder to do then the first... which shows me how good the exercises are working) The abdominal exercises are fantastic and easy for anyone to do. The Forystek's look great; Wild Workout is their workout! Great forward, great intro, great all around exercises! Also are simple 4 secrets of health and diet. The last two break it down a little more of diet and eating and give lists of foods and snacks, which is very helpful for me. There are 3 pretty interesting motivational tips to get you going, as well as Forystek's favorite routines, some power snacks, Questions and Answers, and a very thorough Wild Workout routine section to break it down exactly for you in what you should be doing and how to get a great workout every day or week!

    LIFETIME PROGRAM!

    This is an exercise program you can use for life! It's not just a "phase" program where you use for 6 months or you are only able to use it during your "prime," but this is a program you can start on if you are young, you can use if you are old, or you can use during your prime to get impressive results! The exercises are safe and easy enough to learn and you can then tap into its wildness and take your body to any level you want to go! If you want to get big and buff, if you want to get lean and tone, this program can take you there! Even if you just want to stay active and move but have muscle definition (definition that will not come from jogging or walking) Wild Workout Powerflex is for you! It's a program for me, I am certain, and I will use this for years and years and years to come! This is a great book and I recommend it to all looking for a convenient, easy to follow, easily laid out routine that can be done at home, on the road, in private, in public, etc. GREAT EXERCISE BOOK!

    Insanely Awesome Full Body Exercise Book!

    I was a little skeptic before purchasing this item. There are so many fitness books, DVDs, and workouts on the market today, I wasn't sure if this was the best one for me. NOW I AM 100% SURE THIS IS THE PROGRAM FOR ME! It has 45 incredible muscle sculpting exercises. The Forystek's teach you exactly how to structure your routines to get exactly what you want. If you want to burn fat and lose inches they teach you how, if you want to build big strong, defined muscles they teach you how. Each section is broken down into 5 exercises for specific exercises. Chest, ABDOMINALS, Spine, Neck, Back, Shoulders, Legs, Arms & Speed Energy and Endurance Running Program! It has a huge routine section, and is highlighted by three different approaches to get the most out of your workouts! Includes diet and eating advice, motivation advice, exercise modification (many you can do sitting down). Awesome fitness & exercise book that has everything you need to excel, and you can do it AT HOME and start the day you get the book! One of the best on the market today.

    Super Good Exercise Book

    Wild Workout Powerflex is a really good exercise book. It's specific for what you want to work (Full Body Option) but it's broken down into exact sections so you know what you are working on and what exercises to do to work the body muscles you need to work. It's not just generic like cardio or balance or recovery workouts, it's specific like Chest, Abs, Arms, Shoulders, Legs etc. It gives you an advanced level to work up to if you aren't good at exercise you can start at the beginner level. This is a good advantage and boost to help people to start and build up. There is a very intense 8 Week Extreme Get Buff, Get Fit Wild Workout Routine, which kicked my a$$ bigtime. There are lessor 3 days per week routines, 4 days per week routines, and specific routines like Abs and Cardio, Lower Body, Upper Body. There are 45 total exercises with modifications. It's not just like some books out there where they give you the exercises and you are left to decide what to do how much to do etc. but it's broken down in detail. Sets, Reps, Days, Weeks. It also has good diet and eating advice and structure and other good things I need for exercise and health. SUPER GOOD BOOK!

    EASY TO FOLLOW!

    This exercise book is one of the easiest to follow I have ever used! I have receieved ones in the past that were just too confusing, no structure and I couldn't figure out what to do.

    Wild Workout Powerflex keeps it simple to follow, it's well laid out. It perfectly has the sections laid out in body parts, each section is even broken up into levels. It's great! The routines also are very easy to follow, it's day by day or weekly routines. Very effective and easy to navigate and get good results. Great overall fitness book!
