Extremely informative and very helpful in situations with limited first aid

The author gives a varied list of items that can be used for multiple purposes and he also put medications into laymen terms so there isn't a lot of confusion with different brands. He also is very honest about the fact that none of the procedures in the book can be a true substitute for professional medical assistance by licensed practitioners.
