The main character was two dimensional and had the mentality of a 12 year old. Overall none of the characters had distinct personalities. If the characters were more emotion based i wouldnt have found the fantastical premise so unbelievable. Cant believe i read the whole thing waiting for it to get better.

Got all the way to page 288 out of 452 pages and decided to quit wasting my time. It was stupid.
People on earth, teenagers mind you, that are here as ambassadors of their host planet or star.
The bad guy is the moon who wants the earth our of her orbit so that he can take her place. Again stupid.
Good thing this book was free. No qualms about deleting it from my nook. Would not even consider buying another book by this author.

This book dragged on... I kept reading past 150 pages waiting for something good or potentially good to happen. I felt like the author tried to describe the main characters every single emotion and possible second and lacked in all the other characters.. which at the end was frustrating! I dont need to know the main characters every twitching muscle. It was a waste of time.

I must say when I first started to read this book it was brilliant. It swept me off me feet and into a new world. But I even though the book was stunning, you really left me hanging there with that cryptid ending. I was all excited for the end thinking is was going to be the most thrilling piece in the book, and that it would fit with the rest of the book. But i very sorry to say that the ending of this book was a sore dissapiontment that I'm sorry say ruinned the whole book for me.
A dissapionted reader

I was addicted from the start to the finish! I loved the different story line. Very origional & captivating! Cliffhanger endings dont suit me however. ;)

This book was very different and it had an interesting plotline. I read it in like two hours, i kept me interested from page 1 to page 452. The only thing i didn't like was that it left me on a cliffhanger and now i can't find the second one. T. Swanepoel better hurry up and write it.

There are many bad reviews but I loved it. It started slow but if you stick with it, it gets really good. I found myself looking for the next book to get and to my disappointment there isnt one! I hope she continues the story, I want to know what happens to Alex! If you like parnormal romance, give this book a try. It might surprise you.
