"I used your study guides plus the practice software, sat for all four parts of the [CPA] exam, and passed on my first try with the following scores: 99, 95, 99, 99. Your books contained 100% of the information tested on the exam, and my high scores reflect the quality of your products. Re: Service Pack 2 Warning
Please be aware that updating your Microsoft Windows XP operating system with Service Pack 2 (SP2) is known to cause issues with many existing applications, including Wiley CPA Examination Review versions 9.0 and 10.0. We highly recommend that if you plan to install SP2 on your Windows XP system, you do so before installing the CPA program (or uninstall the CPA application before installing SP2). If SP2 is already installed on your PC, you should not have any problems installing the CPA program.

The program is not the best. I bought the program and the books - and I'm glad for buying both. The program is definitely not meant to be a stand alone study aid - there is no way to read up on a certain topic for a better understanding. The program has a button that will show you a paragraph or two, but it is often times not very helpful or relevant to the question. I found myself pulling out the book and reading up the questions I missed. Furthermore, there are many glitches throughout the program. There are only 10 simulations with the program and at least two of them have glitches - the wrong answer or calculation/no answer at all programmed in. Furthermore, there is no search database for the research portion of the simulations - which defeats the purpose of even including that tab, in my opinion. I have found it useful - but only because it is on the computer and gives me a nice break from the monotony of the book. As my ratings reflect, it was okay - but not great.
