The brevity of the book should prove helpful to those writing a BTOP or RUS grant application involving WiMAX such that they can cut and paste from this publication into their application without going into great engineering detail...

The author clearly knows his stuff. Not only that, the book is learly interdisciplinary so its not just for the geeks out there but for business people attempting to understand the economic advantages of WiMAX. Regulatory people should appreciate it as well. Sure gets my 5 stars

What I found valuable in this book is a straight forward approach to business applications. What would you use WiMAX for? Who would use WiMAX? How would any one make money using WiMAX? What does WiMAX cost? Most tech-centered books are afraid to go there. Not this one! That is why this is the best book for the business reader when it comes to WiMAX.
