Definitely a very good Resource Kit . Every new feature of TS 2008 is covered with lots of details.
After an introduction where the new features are briefly explained (and where you can find some hints about history of Terminal Services. very nice), the book reports all the APIs that are available to developers to customize Terminal Services, and all the TS WMI classes available to use in Powershell or in scripting.
Then, here is an exaustive and in-depth explanation of how Terminal Services use the memory, with hints about optimizing the performance of a Terminal Server, in both 32 and 64 bit architecture, and best practices about an optimal sizing of the servers.
From this point, there's a chapter for every new functionality of TS 2008, explained with a good technical depth: core functionality of TS (and all the drivers, services, processes and DLLs involved), licensing (very complete information here), TS profiles, client configuration, redirection, print environment and TS Easy Print, Group Policy configuration.
A wide section is dedicated to applications: how to install them and manage them on a TS, is entirely covered; besides, TS RemoteApp and TS Web Access are treated with lots of details.
Session Broker is well explained; also a section for installing TS in a server farm.
Terminal Services Gateway is covered in all of the scanarios where we can install it: with or without ISA Server, with or without RADIUS, in a Load Balancing Farm, integrated with NAP, and so on.
A final section about monitoring and maintenance completes this good Resource Kit.
At the end of every chapter, I found very useful the links to several third party tools that can extend TS functionality or cover what is not in the core product.

The definitive book on terminal services 2008

The definitive book on terminal services. In simple language, without being superficial, it is suitable for beginners to the most experienced network administrators. Anyone who has worked with the Windows Terminal Server 2003 will not have great difficulties, which in some chapters is the comparison between the new and old version. Addresses provided by the installation settings and the most advanced new features such as Easy print, TS Remote App and TS Gateway. This book you can not miss the library's network administrator. Recommended.
