Wine Uncorked is the most worthwhile introductory book I've read. The tasting advice is solid and the flavor wheels are quite handy. You won't get a lot of information on regions and geography, but that stuff is usually overwhelming for a beginner anyway. This book concentrates on what is in your glass and how to interpret it, along with some food pairing guidelines. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
