    I Also Recommend:

    Outstanding

I thought this was an amazing book. It inspired me and helped me become a better athlete. Michelle Kwan has a very helpful perspective on unlocking your potential. I find this book even more helpful because she isn't just making up the things that are in this book, she actually experienced all of the challenges of meeting her goals. In this book she has written sixteen chapters that lead you through, step by step, up your "mountain" until you are ready to start "the climb". In this book there are two sections, part one, "Winning Qualities "and part two "Getting Serious". Even though Michelle Kwan is a figure skater and so is I this book is written to inspire people of all ages and interests. Michelle Kwan has won twenty titles and three US National championships. She also holds an Olympic silver medal and is considered the most decorated female figure skater of the decade. In this book there are fun exercises and quizzes at the end of every chapter to see what you learned. I highly recommend reading this book I hope you will enjoy it as much as I did.
