In my opinion, this is the best thing to have besides a coach or personal trainer, whether you are the rookie or the three-time state champ. I have been wrestling for Holt (definitely one of Michigan's better teams) for over four years now, our coach suggested that we read this, and it is by far the best reading material on the sport that I have ever come across. This book is loaded with pictures and detailed descriptions to take you through a very impressive list of moves and techniques. From stances to pins, this book has more than enough information to help you succeed in this very difficult and demanding sport.

Reading this book helped me understand more about freestyle and added more offensive techniques to my submissionwrestling style. This book really isn't for beginners as it skips over some basic moves.

I feel that it is not an adequate enough information, you basically have to know what the moves are already.

This is a great book for beginners, like myself. I have learned many moves from this book, and have discovered many new ways to punish my opponents.
