    Really good read, whether you are married or not.

    I read this book after the breakup of a relationship that I thought would lead to marriage. My mother had this book and I figured what did I have to lose by reading it. NOTHING! I had nothing to lose. This book is more about how to keep yourself sane and check your behaviors and actions after a love is lost. It was uplifting due to the focus on building a relationship with Christ. Also, the authors pull no punches and say that this book isn't the cure all, and gives you direction on how to stand if the love does not return. I'd recommend this to anyone who is hurting from a lost love and wants to find themselves, and maybe in that process rekindle what they once had.
