I have suffered with SAD for over 16 years and although I've had

I have suffered with SAD for over 16 years and although I've had a diagnosis for the last 3 years, I have not educated myself regarding it nor have I sought treatment. This book has been life changing for me by providing me with an understanding of what I'm experiencing and what I can do about it. I no longer suffer through winters and although I don't enjoy them yet, I think that sometime in the future I may enjoy them. If you are effected by the dark days of winter or even just the changes in the seasons, this book is worth the read! I have recommended it to all my family and friends who are effected by the change in seasons.
