I always loved summer pony i even did it for my first book report. Now there is winter pony i am so going to buy this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Winter Pony is a wonderful sequel to Summer Pony! And Mokey has a big surprise in store; A foal! ( A baby horse.) But there is more to the story then just Mokey expecting a foal. There are even more adventures! Read This Book! Jean Slaughter Doty, has done it again!

Claytail almost leapt at the creature as he realized that it was too far from home and was about to die anyways. Claytail laughed a bit when he saw the creature slumped in a big heap. Serves the dumb badger right. Pearlpaw gasped at the sight. "Poor creature! It just died in the middle of nowhere! How could you laugh?" Pearlpaw exclaimed, her eyes shining. "The stupid creature did it to himself. Why pity it? It could have killed kits," Claytail replied, still snickering. Emberkit began yowling as if he saw a badger headed straight for him. Pearlpaw rolled her eyes and gently batted at the kit. The she-cat with lavender grey fur sniffed the badger carcass, then dragged into her den. A black-specled grey apprentice with green blue eyes flowed her. "Lilyfield, what are you doing?" The apprentice seemed puzzled. Lilyfield turned around almost as if her paws were on fire. "You ignorant moss brain! Why can't you ever listen to me anymore, Oceanpaw? You're always distracted! Is it that Pearlpaw you're in love with? Do you truly wish to be a medicine cat?" The medicine cat's anger at her apprentice's ignorance was obvious and quickly escalating. Oceanpaw immediatly looked down "Lilyfield, I'm sorry, but leaving Leafpaw behind has really taken it's toll!" The medicine cat snorted. "I'll say! You gave an elder chamomile instead of mouse bile just a dawn or two ago! Whatever connection you had with your brother, you'll just have to forget it. The Gathering is in two moons anyway. I'll ask Goldstar if you can come. Now, what we do with the badger fur is..." Lilyfield's voice trailed off as she and her apprentice entered her cave. Claytail smiled. Just like home before Fernstar. Fernstar. Fernstar... Claytail looked up and saw a cat approaching...
