I got a late start collecting the individual issues of this series, so I bought this compiled book. It's really put together nice, and the cover kick's ass! I won't spoil the ending but it sure leaves the story waiting for part 2. LOVE LOVE LOVE the illustrations and art style. Kinda reminds me of Dave McKean a little. Insane story with a twist ending. Cypra could be the new Freddy or Jason.

I picked this book up out of curiosity and was completely blown away! I used to listen to Life of Agony in the mid-nineties, so when I heard that the bassist had written and illustrated a graphic novel, I definitely wanted to check it out. I'm a huge fan of The Walking Dead and 30 Days of Night, so Wire Hangers fits right into my collection. The story is original, the characters are complex, and the artwork is gritty, dark and full of textures. Looking forward to more horror comics from Alan Robert!
