Wisconsin Death Tripby Static-X
Fast, cheap, and out of control. This is gutbucket thrash for the most jaded of teenaged parking lot dwellers. After just a few minutes of throbbing power chords and Wayne Static's drunken sailor bellowing you may be ready to end it all, yet there is an undeniable hook to the chunky gloom this band pours out. If that's how you feel, this could be right up your dead-end alley.

Static-X has two of the most exhillerating;)speed metal albums I have ever purchased. They are good for all occasions, whether during road rage, school days, or just for fun. Although lyrically insane, the music also brings about the ironic calming needed to digest such lyrics.
ok i accidentally rated the clean version and i don't have that one i have the regular one so i'll sum up the review with this:their album title is awesome, they're a great band which is fun to listen to, and the cd was worth the money. go out and get it.
What are you still doing here? Go buy it!!!!
The first time I heard of Static-X is when I saw their 'Push It' video. After seeing it a couple times, I bought the CD. Later I saw them in concert, and they just kick so much butt. The CD is great, and all the songs on it are so good, especially trax 1,4,5,7,10, and 12. if you like awesome music that can really get you jumpin or just something different to listen to, get this CD. And also get the Push It single cause it's got a track not on the CD that's really great. Get this stuff!!!
I bought this CD like a year and a half ago. When I first put it in my CD player I was totally blown away as the first few chords of Push It blasted throught my room....after all these days I still listen to it a lot. It must be the sound Static-X likes to call ''rhymatic trancecore''. Or it might be the fact that all their songs are fromthe book(which can be found at this site also). Well all I can say is that this C is mind-blowing By the way I am one of those 17-year old ''punk'' kids......but I am not a freak I am just the average metal fan.
Static-X Kicks Butt its like Rob Zombie and Tool combine!! Did I mention that Static-X Kicks Butt!
I use to listen to this and many of other artists in it's genre back in my post high school years, but I got rid of many of them along the way, including this one, which I really shouldn't have, becuase this and many other titles are actually really cool. I have not heard this album in at least 3 years, and had forgotten what most of it sounded like, but a coworker friend of mine happened to have it, and he let me borrow it to listen to it again, and wow...I forgot how bad@$$ this album actually was. I am now going to have to go out and buy it up again. In any case, in light of the fact that it has been so long, I decided I would go ahead and come on here and review it for you all. I have heard some of their other albums since too, and I have to say, I feel that this remains to be their best album to date. It's crazy and sparatic, but amazingly cool sounding, which makes for an interesting combination of in your face funkadelic metal. Love it! If you're into the metal scene & like a little something random and off the wall here and there, definitely check this one out. It's great stuff.
This is a must have CD. This CD is excellent from beginning to end.
I bought this album based solely on the fact that I liked the single and the album title is Wisconsin Death Trip. How cool is that?! I was really happy w/ the cd cause the songs are great and the band is fun to listen to. It was worth the money and you should go and pick it up.
