    excellent book!

    I loved this book and am always picking it back up for a boost in mood or an answer to a perplexing thought....Well written, easy to read, conversation style - the messages are timeless ones from Socrates himself. If you want to change how you appreciate everyday life and relationships and hardships and joy......get this book!! You will LOVE it!

    Read This Along With The Book

    First read a chapter of Way of the Peaceful Warrior... then Read the companion chapter of this book... it completely enhances your understanding of the subtle meanings behind Millman's classic!
