Overview

Chuck Winters is a happy single guy about to move from San Diego to New England to join a cool band “Without Regan”. Everything is going his way. Until his brother is killed and now Chuck is left with his sixteen year old and troublesome niece, Lizzy, to care for. What is worse is that his brother’s killer is long time enemy from their childhood in San Francisco who just escaped jail…and he is still at large and he is not done killing. About the Author

Betty L'Ursula is a pen name for Rebecca Woodard, retired Systems Engineer, decided recently when diagnosed with Lupus. Betty is her Swedish Grandma; Ursula is her English Grandma; "L" was to put her books on the center shelf as suggested decades ago by a book distributor. The author now works at home and on writing and other arts. Recent addition is the Duck Dillon children's book series which, when a willing illustrator couldn't be found within the family/friend circle, was instead illustrated by Betty L'Ursula. The illustration style is unique to appeal to children by combining hand drawings/coloring with computer manipulation. Now bookmarks are starting production and more to come. In the Winter of 2012, www.bettylursula.com will be up and running with lots of art-related content and more, including experiments to go with the Duck Dillon series where the child can perform easily with an adult at home at little cost (if any)...first is making a rainbow to go with The Case of the Missing Pot O' Gold. The next will be color mixing for the soon coming The Case of the Painter's Missing Pet Colors. This next series will also teach a little bit of French. Finally, but not limited to, the book Not Just a Romance published by Xlibris in 2000 will have its novellas extracted into separate books, about the same size of When Love Falls on You.
