She was broken when I met her, shattered from the death of her sister and running from love. Not to sound like an egotistical douche or anything, but I fixed her. Put her back together, filled in the cracks, and made her whole. A true fairytale in her eyes.

But now real life is getting in the way: school, jobs, and the unexpected opportunity to travel the world under a legendary photographer. This internship will open doors not even my father’s influence could. It’s something I’ve been waiting all my life for. But so is Quinn, and accepting this internship will mean leaving her.

And breaking her all over again.

Just like STRIPPED this book had me at "hello". I liked that this book was told from Torrins POV. I loved that this book was not just his POV from the first book but a story in its own. I read it quickly and the next book couldn't come out quick enough. It was such a tease leaving me wanting more now! Great book!

Without You was the answer to my "I need more Torrin" request, and man did this author deliver. This story is the perfect ending to Quinn and Torrin's story. As Brooklyn SKye always delivers it was filled with emotion and tension, and this time we get to see more of the two's intimate side. If you enjoyed Stripped, I guarantee you will love this story.

For everyone who wanted more of Torrin and Quinn. Here it is. Just can't get enough of these 2. Hope there is a third book in the works.

When I finished reading STRIPPED, I was sad that it was over. Thank you Brooklyn for giving us a little more to hold on to and make us fall more in love with Torrin then we already were. I LOVED that this novella was from Torrin's point of view..we all wanted to get in that head of his, right?! It was the perfect happy ending to the story...although I wouldn't be opposed to more. ;) I can't wait for what Brooklyn Skye does next!

Every once in awhile I’ll read a novel that absolutely gives me all the feels and sticks with me long after I’ve turned the last page. Brooklyn Skye’s STRIPPED was such a novel, and it’s no secret that I was dying to have more of her leading man Torrin. (Check out my review of STRIPPED here). Apparently I’m not the only one who fell in love with her main man, because Brooklyn Skye has come out with a novella to answer the calls of women everywhere. I was so excited to get my hands on WITHOUT YOU and I was not disappointed!   WITHOUT YOU: She was broken when I met her, shattered from the death of her sister and running from love. WITHOUT YOU is written from Torrin’s point of view, so we finally get all the inside scoop on this amazing man. The novella picks up where STRIPPED left off and has Torrin struggling with the decision to follow his dreams or remain by Quinn’s side. All of a sudden it’s not just Quinn who is tortured and melancholy. Torrin is fighting his emotions and what emerges is more of the sweet, sexy man I fell in love with in STRIPPED. The novella is jam packed with drama and emotion that left me wanting more. I’d be remiss if I didn’t mention that there’s also some very steamy scenes. Lifeguard towers and tequila....as promised by the author! The chemistry between Torrin and Quinn is undeniable, and in this novella their love also shines through.

Without You by Brooklyn Skye is a follow-up novella to Stripped and is from Torrin's point of view. Quinn and Torrin made it through their combined family drama, but now what? Torrin has received an internship offer that will take him away from Quinn but will allow him to follow his dreams. How could he do that to her though, after all they've been through? Quinn has some decisions to make herself about what to do with herself and her future while Torrin's away. If you have read Stripped you MUST read this also, otherwise the story is just not complete.

Only those who avoid love can avoid grief Words are just beginning to form how excited I am that Torrin has received his own novella. Not to say that Quinn is not mentioned. I was able to consume this short read in a matter of a few hours. Making it perfect to read in between books.  How do you tell the one person you love what may be the hardest thing that you’ll ever have to tell them. That’s the dilemma Torrin is currently faced with, that can possibly change his relationship with Quinn forever. Without You picks up right where Stripped left off. Torrin’s relationship is in full swing with Quinn. Although the news Torrin needs to share with Quinn has him more than distracted that it starts to affect the strength of their relationship. Brooklyn Skye writing style consumed me the entire time reading this short read and I enjoyed every minute of it. Reading Without You not only left a silly schoolgirl smile on my face, but at times gave me that gut punch feeling too. If you haven’t read Stripped before reading Without You I’m not sure what you’re waiting for hurry up and go get it. **Huge thanks to the author for providing me with an arc copy in exchange for my honest opinion** Please check out my blog at shawnasurvey dot blogspot dot com. I read Stripped and Without You back to back in one day. I couldn't leave Quinn and Torrin, and when it was over, I couldn't stop thinking about this couple. Stripped left such a deep impression on me that I almost feel like it wasn't fair of me to read them so close together. While I was wanting more of Quinn and Torrin, I find that I enjoy Quinn's point-of-view more than Torrin's. Nothing against Torrin - I love him! I think I wasn't quite ready for them to be tested quite so soon after just getting together. I was disappointed with Torrin in this novella because he underestimates Quinn - she wouldn't stand in the way of his dream, and he should know that. I loved the sizzle of their relationship being explored further here, and overall, I liked reading more of Quinn and Torrin's story. I received a copy of this novella in exchange for an honest review.

Quinn and Torrin may have resolved the issues with their families and their pasts in Stripped, but in Without You, they’re facing their future and it’s going to be just as difficult to handle. I enjoyed Stripped, but it felt oddly rushed and all of the issues were easily resolved. Without You felt more realistic. Quinn and Torrin had just found each other. They had each been making plans for the future, plans that didn’t take into account the relationship neither of them planned on. Without You is told solely from Torrin’s POV. After spending all of Stripped in Quinn’s head, it was a nice change to get into Torrin’s head. Not that I doubted his intentions or feelings in the first book, but I enjoyed reading about their relationship and issues from his perspective. I like Quinn, but she’s overshadowed by Torrin in this series, in my opinion. I find him to be the more interesting character. Between old issues like Quinn’s finances and how she chooses to address them and new issues like the amazing internship opportunity Torrin is offered, this couple has a lot stacked against them in this novel. Secrecy and jealousy don’t help. They have some tough real-world decisions to make and the hardest decision of all is whether to be selfish or supportive of the other person. This was a short, well-written novella that I feel really advanced the characters in this series quite a bit. I blew through it in about an hour. If you liked the first book and are looking for another dose of Torrin and Quinn, I highly recommend it. And if you’ve not read the first book, but you enjoy reading sweet and sexy romances between broken characters with the odds stacked against them, you should give this one a shot. You won’t be disappointed. I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review.
